“Waters and Miracles in Tebano 2026”: food and wine, walks, and shows on the Senio River
The evocative “Waters and Miracles in Tebano” festival returns, this year focusing on the theme ESPERANZA. The event is the official preview of the famous “Nell’Arena delle Balle di Paglia” event in Cotignola. From June 28 to July 1, 2026, the hamlet of Tebano sul Senio will host four days packed with guided walks, local street food, concerts, and art installations, promoting a tangible narrative of the area through its stories of trees, fruits, and wines.
All evening and logistical events will be held at the Former Tebano School (Via Tebano 54) in the spaces managed by Faventia Sales S.p.A..
Daily Program (From June 28th to July 1st, 2026)
Sunday, June 28th – Passi di Esperanza
- 8:45 AM (Departure at 9:00 AM): Dynamic walk with headphones. A route lasting approximately 1 hour that includes a warm-up, final stretching, and two active breaks with toning exercises suitable for everyone.
- At the end: Healthy breakfast offered by the Friends of the Senio River Association.

Monday, June 29th – Peasant Culture and Vinyl
- 6:30 PM: Guided walk to the Gigi Franzoni Peasant Culture Museum (Via Tebano 75). Easy 2.5 km round trip. Registration required through Laura at 366 9136784.
- 8:30 PM – Pizza in the Vineyard: A convivial dinner will be held under the vine pergola with pizza, beer, wine, and dessert. The evening will be accompanied by vinyl music selections from the ’60s, ’70s, and ’80s curated by DJ Rone.

Tuesday, June 30th – Stories of Organic Food and Theater
- 6:30 PM: Guided walk at Fattoria Bio Vernelli (Via Vernelli 3), to discover Marisa and Matteo’s organic approach. 5 km round trip. Reservations required at 366 9136784.
- 7:00 PM: Opening of the local Street Food with stuffed piadinas, French fries, a trio of crostini, and a vegetarian dish. On the evenings of June 30th and July 1st, a wine stand will also be open, offering local wines and beer.
- 9:30 PM: Theatrical performance “Il Primo Secondo” with Denis Campitelli, accompanied by Andrea Branchetti on the accordion.
Wednesday, July 1st – Tebano’s Motors, Paella, and Cumbia
- 6:30 PM: Guided walk at the Campo Cross 04 Park (Via Tebano 1), a historic site where generations of kids have learned the secrets of two wheels. 7 km round trip route. Reservations required at 366 9136784.
- 8:15 PM – Paella & Sangria: Grand dinner with paella made to order by Giovanni, complete with sangria, water, and sorbet. Cost: €25.00 (reservations required by June 28th). Takeaway is also available for €20.00 between 7:30 PM and 8:00 PM. From 9:30 PM, piadinas and chips are available again.
- 9:30 PM: Grand closing concert with Carlos Forero y Cumbia Poder Cantares (Carlos Forero, Andrés Langer, Marco Zanotti).
Useful Information, Rules, and Fixed Attractions
- Entrance to the event area: Free donation (recommended minimum €2).
- Logistics and Services: Reserved, unattended parking is available near the Tebano Center. During the event, the Tebano Church will remain open to the public. Smoking is strictly prohibited throughout the entire event area.
- For the little ones: A fun straw pool has been set up and a small welcome gift will be provided upon entry.
- Art: The entire area will be enriched by installations coordinated by the young artists Asia Galeati and Simone Zaccherini, with the collaboration of Gigi Franzoni and Mario Cavina.
- Note for walkers: The walking routes do not present barriers or technical difficulties, but requireT good health. Non-slip shoes or hiking boots are recommended. Children must be accompanied, and small pets are allowed.
