MEI Preview: National Premiere of Whimistical Bees
On Saturday 5 September 2026, Piazzetta della Legna in Faenza will host the national premiere of the first album by Faenza-based indie rock band Whimistical Bees, entitled “Forse per vizio, forse per gioco”.
The event, organised as a preview of MEI (Meeting degli Indipendenti) and supported by Materiali Musicali and the Emilia-Romagna Region, celebrates the release of the band’s debut album. The group was previously a finalist in Faenza Rock ’40 and was selected by Manuel Agnelli for the Carne Fresca showcase. The live performance will be accompanied by an exhibition of “futurist” ceramics created by the historic Ceramica Gatti, displayed on either side of the stage.
