"Aperitivo Viola": guided tours and a sensory toast at the Herb Garden
The "Augusto Rinaldi Ceroni" Herb Garden in Casola Valsenio, in the heart of the Faenza Apennines, celebrates the arrival of summer with "Aperitivo Viola". This exclusive initiative, organized in collaboration with the Shop's Café, offers an immersive experience during the garden's peak splendor, when the fields are tinged with the evocative hues of lavender in bloom.
The Guided Tour and the Drink Workshop
The event is divided into two parts designed to stimulate the senses and connect participants with the rhythms of nature:
- The Guided Tour: A slow journey through rows of lavender, aromatic plants, and the rich seasonal blooms. Experts from the center will accompany visitors, explaining the history of this ancient plant, its medicinal properties, harvesting methods, and its deep connection to the hilly territory.
- The Sensory Aperitif: At the end of the walk, the experience moves to the refreshment area. Each participant will be able to become a "bartender for a day," creating and customizing their own drink with fresh lavender flowers and aromatic herbs picked directly on site, creating a fragrant, scenic, and colorful cocktail.
A journey of colors, enveloping scents, and conviviality, perfect for breaking away from the daily grind and celebrating the flowering symbol of the Senio Valley.
