On Saturday, August 29 and Sunday, August 30, Casola Valsenio hosts the 6th edition of the Romagnola Festival.
This is the perfect opportunity to immerse yourself in the traditions of the Romagna hills and discover authentic flavours through dishes prepared with Purebred Romagnola Beef.
The festival menu features traditional locally sourced dishes, celebrating the genuine flavours of the area, enriched by the unique and unmistakable touch of medicinal and wild herbs from Casola Valsenio.
The undisputed stars of this two-day food festival are the sliced grilled beef steak and the Florentine steak, served alongside beloved local classics such as ragù.
Delicious dinners, live entertainment and music, plus a farmers' market where you can discover the true essence of our land.
