ELEMENTI 2026: Contemporary Art Redraws the Landscapes of Romagna
From May 10th to September 30th, 2026, ELEMENTI returns, the traveling festival curated by the MAGMA association that transforms the natural landscapes and symbolic architectures of Romagna into stages for experimental music and visual arts. Now in its seventh edition, the event offers an itinerary of low-environmental-impact site-specific interventions, inviting the public to a slow and immersive experience of the territory.
Faenza: Sounds and Visions at Villa Emaldi
On Sunday, June 28th, ELEMENTI stops in Faenza in the suggestive setting of Villa Emaldi (Via Firenze 238). From 7:00 PM to midnight, the villa’s park and house-museum will host a widespread performance program that intertwines the historical dimension of the place with contemporary sound experimentation.
- Vague Imaginaires: The project by artist Denis Morin will bring dreamy and layered sounds among the villa’s architecture.
- Nicolas Gaunin: A sound intervention designed to react directly to the green spaces and the surrounding landscape.
- Musical selections: Curated by MAGMA to accompany the entire evening.

- May 16 | Cervia (Salt Warehouse): Inauguration of the Endless Summer exhibition. (6:00 PM)
- May 30 | Cervia Salt Pan: NIST-NAH Ensemble (Contemporary Gamelan). *Reservation mandatory
- June 14 | Isola degli Spinaroni (RA): Lukas De Clerck + Nature visit. *Reservation mandatory
- June 19 | Bagnacavallo (Bacino Redino): Corps Citoyen + DJ Zoologist + Talk with Riccardo Balli. (8 PM-Midnight)
- June 28 | Faenza (Villa Emaldi): Vague Imaginaires + Nicolas Guanin. (7 PM-Midnight)
- July 5 | Lugo (F. Baracca Airport): “Crossings” – Performative bus journey (S. Bassani, A. Ricca, M. Mota) + Evening lives by Dan Kinzelman and Lagoss. *Bus by reservation
- July 19 | Milano Marittima (Kayak Club): Bear Bones Lay Low + Kayak route between pine forest and salt pan. *Reservation mandatory
- July 26 | Cervia Salt Pan: Ugnè Uma at sunset. *Reservation mandatory
- July 31 | Gambettola (Former Slaughterhouse): Camille Émaille + Thomas Canna (Contemporary percussion). (6-9 PM)
