From May 14th to 18th, Solarolo awaits you for the Feast of the Ascension.
The Feast has ancient origins and celebrates the devotion to the Beata Vergine della Salute, who is carried in a procession through the streets of the village, starting from the Sanctuary.
The five-day program includes shows, events, and markets for hobbyists and creatives throughout the squares and streets of the center.
A highlight of the festival is the food stands offering traditional Romagna cuisine—the kind that tastes like home—paired with international flavors brought by twin towns: typical products from Valle d'Aosta (Rhemes Notre Dame) and beer from Germany (Kirchheim am Ries).
The gastronomic offerings are accompanied by live music and cultural moments.
