GALICIAN NIGHT – A Galizia màxica: dove la terra finisce e le leggende cominciano
At the westernmost point of Spain, where the Atlantic Ocean meets green and wild coastlines, lies Galicia, a land of ancient traditions, breathtaking landscapes and fascinating legends. It is said that this is where “the world ends”: the Romans called it Finis Terrae, the end of the earth.
Galician Night invites you on a journey through this magical region. The evening will explore the stories that make Galicia unique: the Santa Compaña, the ghostly procession of souls; the meigas, the Galician witches; the xanas, mysterious water nymphs; and the legends of the Costa da Morte, the “Coast of Death”.
An evening of storytelling, culture and discovery, designed for those curious about European cultures, travel lovers and anyone who enjoys being captivated by a good legend by candlelight.
