Giovani Wine Be at Fattoria Montepiano: Sunset Aperitif with Alma Bakery Bio’s Special Boxes

The Giovani Wine Be event series meets the charm of a spectacular sunset among the hills of Faenza. On Thursday, July 16, 2026, starting at 7:00 PM, Fattoria Montepiano will host an exclusive evening where the golden light of sunset provides the perfect backdrop for an exceptional food and wine experience.

For this special occasion, the artisanal bakery Alma Bakery Bio has created an exclusive tasting box filled with carefully crafted organic recipes made from wholesome ingredients, designed to be enjoyed in a relaxed and intimate setting. Seating is limited to ensure maximum comfort for all guests.

The Tasting Box Menu and Wine Pairings

Each specialty included in the box has been paired with a carefully selected local wine to enhance the flavors of the region:

• • Sardinian fregola pasta with summer garden vegetables
    Paired with: a glass of “Artista” Albana.

• • Wholemeal focaccia with zucchini cream and cherry tomatoes
    Paired with: a glass of “30” Centesimino.

• • Five-grain black bread crostini topped with goat cheese, sliced peaches, and thyme
    Paired with: a glass of “505” Albana.

• Bread croquettes with curry mayonnaise
