“I Creatori di Maschere”: performance tra teatro, ceramica e musica in Piazza Martiri della Libertà
On Saturday 5 September 2026, the evocative setting of Piazza Martiri della Libertà in Faenza will host the spectacular performance “I Creatori di Maschere”, a multidisciplinary event combining the art of ceramics, visual theatre and live music.
The performance revolves around the creation and wood-firing of clay masks inside a temporary, scenographic kiln. During 4 and 5 September, the kiln will be built and fired, culminating in a spectacular opening on Saturday evening: through the interplay of fire and light, the masks will come to life on stage accompanied by live musical improvisation, becoming a metaphor for the many facets of human identity.
