“Fabrizio De André’s Music Library”: Emiliano Visconti Stops at the Manfrediana
On Friday, June 19, 2026, at 9:15 PM, the internal courtyard of the Manfrediana Municipal Library in Faenza will host a special evening of words and music entitled “Fabrizio De André’s Music Library.” The event is part of the Rapsodia Festival Itinerante program, the cultural project born in 2015 that unites literature and entertainment.
A Journey Through the Pages and Notes of Faber
The creator of the festival and narrator of the evening, Emiliano Visconti, will lead the audience on a hidden and adventurous journey into the world of Italy’s greatest singer-songwriter. The event will reveal how Faber drew lifeblood from novels, poems, and evocative pages of paper to fuel and compose many of his famous songs.
The narrative will be punctuated and enriched by live musical performances of the songs by Artenovecento. The setlist of historical pieces reinterpreted by the band will be a surprise and a philological tribute designed to thrill all listeners.
For years, Rapsodia has continued to produce original shows capable of intersecting great literature with singer-songwriter music, built on a proven format with Visconti as its primary narrator.
Access and useful information
In keeping with the informative spirit of the festival, the evening is designed to be open to all citizens. Admission to the event is completely free and open to all. Advance seat reservations are neither expected nor required.
