As part of the Rapsodia Traveling Festival, a special evening dedicated to rediscovering the compositional secrets of one of Italy’s greatest singer-songwriters comes to the heart of Faenza. On Thursday, July 23, 2026, starting at 9:15 PM, the outdoor space at Via Manfredi 14 will host the cultural and musical event entitled “The Musical Library of Fabrizio De André”.
Conceived by the Rapsodia Association (founded in 2015 to bring together musical languages and literary paths), the event will feature Emiliano Visconti as the evening’s narrator and speaker.
The Theme of the Evening: The Literary Roots of Faber
The evening will unfold as an intimate and fascinating journey through the books, literary passions, and intellectual background of Fabrizio De André. Guided by Emiliano Visconti’s analysis, the audience will discover how classic novels, avant-garde poetry, and literary inspirations directly influenced the creation and writing of many of De André’s most celebrated songs.
Live Concert by Artenovecento: Enhancing the narrative experience will be a live performance by Artenovecento. The band will perform a carefully curated selection of De André’s classic songs, keeping the setlist as a surprise for the audience while combining faithful interpretations with original arrangements.
