A biographical drama produced in Palestine, the UK, Qatar and France, running 118 minutes, the film follows young Yusuf, a driver working for a wealthy Jerusalem family during the British Mandate period. Through his perspective, caught between the city’s affluent circles and the rural reality of his home village, the story traces the tensions that led to the 1937 partition plan for Palestine, until conflict erupts between settlers, British authorities and the local farming community, directly touching Yusuf and those close to him.
