PerBacco Che Cantine 2026: an evening of wine, food and district traditions
Saturday, May 16, 2026, starting at 5:00 PM, don’t miss PerBacco Che Cantine. An exclusive evening at the heart of local district traditions, combining the culture of fine wine and local gastronomy with historical performances, artisan markets, and entertainment for the whole family.
The Wineries: the stars of the tasting
During the event, visitors will be able to enjoy a selection of wines from some of the finest local producers. Here is the full list of participating wineries:

The evening menu: street food, piadina and burgers
The district kitchen will accompany the tastings with a rich menu, perfect for an aperitif or an open-air dinner:
- Fried specialties: French fries, fried zucchini flowers and vegetables in batter, cod fish balls, fried custard, fried pizza cones, and fried pizza with cured meats.
- Piadina: Choose from classic fillings such as salami, prosciutto crudo, squacquerone cheese, and arugula.
- Bruschetta: Traditional options with garlic and olive oil, with prosciutto crudo, or with marinated cherry tomatoes.
- Gourmet dish: Gourmet burger served with a side of fries.
A unique experience in the heart of the district, where history meets the authentic flavors of the land through traditional performances and musical entertainment.
Program, shows and afternoon activities
The event features a rich program of entertainment for all ages starting from 5:00 PM:
- Artisan market: Exhibition area with L’Angolo di Woody, Sen.ape_BotanicalLab, Cliffart, Rio del Sol and Miele Pieve Regina.
- Historical fencing: Spectacular performances by the duelists of the Sala d’Arme Achille Marozzo.
- District performances: Live shows by the Musicians and Flag-Throwers Group and guided historical tours by the Biblioteca Angelo Lapi.
- Kids area: Educational creative workshop designed for children aged 3 to 6.
- DJ Set: Music throughout the afternoon and evening by MicioDj.
