The Road to the World Cup
The Azzurri are playing for everything in a high-stakes double-header against the Swiss side. The Faenza match will follow the first act to be played on May 13th in Zurich. Italy earned the right to play this final round thanks to the historic victory against Poland during the recent EHF EURO 2026.
- A long-awaited return: Faenza has not hosted the National Team since 2019.
- Precedents: This is only the second official match played in Emilia-Romagna in the last twenty years, confirming the special bond between the “Manfreda” city and handball.
- Goal: Securing the pass for Germany 2027.
Tickets and Presale
The Federation will announce all details regarding ticket presales in the coming days. Given the importance of the event and the previous sold-out history, it is recommended to monitor official channels to secure a seat in the stands.
