The Scalogno di Romagna IGP is a traditional product of this land: with its purple color, intense aroma, and bold taste, it is a major protagonist of the Romagnola table. This Festival is the perfect opportunity to enjoy it in all its nuances.
On Saturday, July 18th at 6:30 PM, the historic food stand at Parco Pertini opens its doors with an intriguing menu, where the strong yet sweet flavor of the shallot accompanies the palate from the first course to dessert.

The Festival hosts the Fiera del Libro Romagnolo (Romagna Book Fair), an unmissable event for fans of local literature, featuring book presentations and catalogs from specialized local operators.
