"Solarolo City in AAC": Public Meeting on Augmentative and Alternative Communication
The Municipal Administration of Solarolo officially invites all residents to participate in a public meeting of great social and educational value. On Friday, June 19, 2026, the "Solarolo City in AAC" project will be presented, an important local initiative aimed at promoting and structuring an increasingly inclusive, accessible, and barrier-free community.
What is AAC and the project's objective
Augmentative and Alternative Communication (AAC) is a set of knowledge, strategies, images, and technologies used to simplify and increase communication in people with varying degrees of difficulty using verbal language and writing. During the evening, the program objectives and future developments will be explained in detail. territory, with a specific focus on the fundamental role that AAC plays in promoting autonomy, active participation, and social inclusion.
