In Casola Valsenio, the arrival of the Marzola, the Bianchetto Truffle, heralds the beginning of spring.
During this period, the land awakens and truffle hunters return to the woods in search of this delicious treasure.
The Spring Truffle Festival is the perfect opportunity to discover the flavor and aroma of this local excellence through unforgettable dishes and experiences.
The program includes spring trekking, an exhibition market featuring truffles and local food and wine products, and the unmissable food stand with truffle-based dishes organized by the Pro Loco. In the afternoon, there will be truffle hunting demonstrations with dogs, as well as entertainment and workshops for adults and children.

- 8.45 am - Spring walk. Length: 7 km, 250 m elevation gain. Meeting point in front of the Town Hall (Via Roma, 50), return at 12.30 pm
- 10.00 am - Opening of the Truffle exhibition market in the historic center
- 11.30 am - Opening of the food stand with truffle-based lunch (takeaway available)
- from 1.00 pm to 6.00 pm - Wood Games. Traditional games made of wood and recycled materials. Piazza Sasdelli
- 2.30 pm - Truffle hunting demonstration with dogs and timed competition. Parco Giulio Cavina
- 3.30 pm - The Great Truffle Hunt. Treasure hunt for children in the village. Via Marconi, 2 - registration from 11.00 am
- from 3.30 pm - Musical entertainment with Archam. Piazza Sasdelli
