On Saturday, August 29, 2026, the event “Fantastic Creatures in the Park” will take place, a twilight and nighttime trek organised in the Regional Park of the Vena del Gesso Romagnola in Riolo Terme, followed by a tasting of local wines at Cantina Tibé.
The walk will be led by Francesco "Nasturzio" Rivola, who will guide participants on a discovery of the historic Borgo dei Crivellari and the stories linked to Romagna folklore and legends (from the Mazapégul to the Bessa Latôna and the Basilisk).
Programme of the Event (Saturday, August 29, 2026)
- 🥾 6:00 pm – Trekking meeting point and departure: Meeting at the river park car park (Via Firenze, Riolo Terme). Trek towards Borgo dei Crivellari.
- 🍷 9:00 pm – Wine tasting at the winery: Transfer to Cantina Tibé (Via Bologna 116, Riolo Terme) for a tasting of 3 wines produced by the winery, paired with local products.

- 📏 Route: Approximately 5 km with a positive elevation gain of 200 m.
- 🟢 Difficulty level: Easy.
- 🔦 Mandatory equipment: Hiking boots or shoes with a treaded sole, torch or headlamp.
