VISIONETERNA: Concert for Organ, Saxophone and Trumpet in the “Musica e Spirito” Series
On Thursday 22 October 2026, at 9:00 PM, the Church of the Most Holy Crucifix of the Capuchin Friars (Via Canal Grande 57, Faenza) hosts “VISIONETERNA”, the latest event in the Musica e Spirito series by Associazione Fattorini, with Franco Santini on organ, Caroline Halleck on saxophone and Gabriele Buffi on trumpet.
The programme is devoted to music by Aurelio Samorì composed between 1985 and 2025, in eight pieces with ever-changing instrumental combinations: Ricercare, Consonanze enigmatiche, Cinque microminiature, Conversione, Solo, Studio, Alternanze and, to close, Visionaterna, for trio, inspired by texts from the Holy Bible. The concert will be recorded for a CD release by AGENDA, a Bologna publishing house.
