Villa Emaldi in Faenza hosts a stage of the ELEMENTI festival every summer, an immersive event curated by MAGMA that celebrates contemporary arts in iconic landscapes with a strong emotional impact.
Elementi is a journey through Romagna that brings low-environmental-impact events to unusual stages, based on the natural specificities of each location. Its interdisciplinary format spreads contemporary artistic practices in dialogue with the landscape, memory, and local communities.
Sound experimentation, artistic residencies, and site-specific performances are the core ingredients of the event, where local and international artists intervene in the environment and architectural spaces, transforming them into places for listening, exchange, and artistic research.
Guided listening sessions, artist talks, and installations enter into a direct dialogue with the host landscapes, offering the public a shared and participatory experience.
