The Canale Molino di Serravalle Hiking and Cycling Route is a nature-immersed trail, inaugurated on April 25, 2012, and created as part of the 2007-2013 Rural Development Program.
Access to the trail is located in Riolo Terme, along via Firenze, near the roundabout of the Terme Park. From here, a scenic route connects the thermal center to Via Rio Ferrato, near the Senio River, in the area called Chiusa del Rio Ferrato.
The trail offers multiple connections to the agricultural areas surrounding the hamlet of Isola, to the Vena del Gesso Romagnola Regional Park, to the natural sites of the Natura 2000 Network, and to a dense network of minor roads with high naturalistic value along the Senio River.
This route is ideal for hikers, cyclists, and nature enthusiasts, perfect for discovering the scenic and environmental richness of the Riolo Terme area.
