The property, resulting from the restoration of an old rural residence, keeps its original typology and architectural elements intact—from the main wooden beams of the ceilings and roof to the terracotta floors and original wooden windows.
Even the plaster is original, preserving all the imperfections and the beauty of ancient materials. Contemporary furnishings and design objects create an interesting blend of past and present.
The farmhouse offers a restaurant service featuring the farm's own products and accommodation in 4 rooms, each with private bathrooms and designed for guests seeking tranquility and the culture of "good living." One room is easily accessible for people with disabilities.
The restaurant, open daily by reservation, offers typical local specialties, from handmade pasta—cappelletti, tagliatelle, orecchioni, passatelli—to roasts, grilled meats, "cacciatora" style dishes, cold cuts, and piadina. All raw materials come from the natural vegetable garden, cultivated following permaculture methods, from the farmyard with animals born and raised on-site, and from the farm that produces peaches, plums, persimmons, strawberries, cherries, and grapes.
During their stay, guests can relax in contact with nature, wake up to the rooster's crow, walk through fields cultivated with integrated pest management methods, pick and taste fruit directly from the trees, observe or help tend the natural garden, and purchase or participate in processing fruit to make jams, syrups, or preserves.
The farmhouse is located on the plain, in the immediate vicinity of the Faenza hills.
