The Mariano is located in a fully renovated 16th-century tower house, which has preserved its ancient charm.
Here, you can breathe in the history of this land: the tower house, which gathers the testimonies of its past in its interior spaces, has become a typical farmhouse.
The structure offers rooms and apartments, fully furnished, each named after the typical essences of this area. The accommodations showcase the details of the ancient structure: arches, loopholes, fishbone walls, harmonized with traditional furnishings.
The kitchen offers a farm-to-table menu, with products from the farm and dishes prepared according to tradition: homemade sweets, artisan pasta, hand-pulled and closed, meats cooked in the fireplace, and freshly baked bread and focaccia directly from the wood-fired oven.
Around the tower house, there is a garden for moments of relaxation immersed in the greenery of the Upper Senio Valley, just a few steps from the trails and hiking paths of the Vena del Gesso Romagnola. While walking through the greenery, you can observe centuries-old cypress and oak trees, the "patriarchs", and encounter the farm animals, for a truly authentic farm experience.
