La Sabbiona promotes local cuisine with dishes prepared using their own products and raw materials selected from local suppliers, chosen for quality, sustainability, and authenticity. Fresh pasta is made daily by hand by the sfoglina (traditional pasta maker), using exclusively eggs from free-range hens. Advance reservation is required, and adjustments for food allergies or intolerances are available. For groups of at least 10 adults, a pre-agreed fixed menu is available. The venue is also ideal for events and ceremonies, offering an authentic and welcoming atmosphere.
