A SPASS is much more than a trip: it's a new, simple, and surprising way to experience Romagna.

From June 3 to September 10, 2026, every Wednesday and Thursday, climb aboard and let yourself be guided to discover a Romagna full of stories, flavors, nature, and encounters.
Each trip is designed to let you experience the region without worries, with the right mix of culture, relaxation, and fun.
On July 23, we begin with a visit to the Rocca di Riolo Terme, an imposing 14th-century structure closely linked to Caterina Sforza, a leading figure in Renaissance history. The journey continues with an exploration of the Faenza Apennine Landscape Museum and participation in the "Erbe di Caterina" workshop, an immersive experience of ancient knowledge and traditions. We then reach Casola Valsenio, where the famous Herb Garden extends over approximately 4 hectares dedicated to the cultivation and protection of local medicinal plants.
Following this, a cooking show and picnic in the park of Il Cardello, the historic guesthouse of the ancient Benedictine Abbey, where a visit will allow you to admire its precious architecture and the works of art housed there. The itinerary concludes in Castel Bolognese with the Scodellino Mill, an extraordinary example of brick mills from the 14th and 15th centuries: an evocative place, characterized by refined interiors and welcoming outdoor spaces, where you can enjoy a snack inspired by rural tradition.
