In the setting of an ancient 16th-century village, amidst exposed stone buildings, is the restaurant of the agriturismo La Ca' Nova, a place where the tradition of home-cooked meals becomes a gastronomic experience.
Here, the cuisine is local and carries the delightful aroma of Romagna tradition, preserved through recipes passed down through generations.
The products come from our own farm or from local producers, and the menu follows the rhythm of the seasons:
- in autumn and winter, we offer game, chestnuts, mushrooms, and truffles
- in spring and summer, the menu features wild herbs typical of Casola Valsenio
The pasta is handmade with a rolling pin, the desserts are homemade, and the roasts and flatbreads come directly from our wood-fired oven.
The wines on the menu are strictly from the local area.
