Nestled in the quiet countryside of Reda, just a few kilometers from Faenza, Agriturismo La Ramona is the fruit of the Fabbri family’s passion, who have farmed this land since 1952.
The dining room, converted from an early 20th-century stable, preserves the charm of the past with red brick arches, oak beams, and handmade terracotta floors. The kitchen is a tribute to the ultra-short supply chain: the bread, the hand-rolled fresh pasta (tagliatelle, cappelletti, and tortelli), and the famous fried pizza are all made with flour from the farm's own wheat.
The menu celebrates Romagna tradition with specialties like mutton (castrato), grilled meats, and the "Farmer's Plate," paired with wines and vegetables directly from the garden of Graziello, Oriella, Valentina, and Filippo. It is a place where family hospitality and the authenticity of organic products offer a truly genuine rural retreat.
