Relais Mevigo is the culmination of a long family journey spanning three generations, born from the desire to enhance the legacy of grandfather Amedeo, who graduated in agriculture in 1941.
Located in Casola Valsenio, on a panoramic hilltop overlooking the Vena del Gesso Romagnola, the relais is the result of a skillful restoration of ancient rural buildings. The family-owned farm covers approximately 60 hectares, where passion for the land translates into an artisanal production of excellence: from varietal wines like the Albana Chiesuola, the Sangiovese Possessione, and the Trebbiano Roccolo, to the Ca de Vent classic method sparkling wine.
The offering is completed by orchard products, transformed into jams and fruit in syrup following old family recipes, and an extra virgin olive oil with an intense flavor.
Experiences and hospitality
Beyond its agricultural production, Relais Mevigo offers a refined and inclusive hospitality experience, immersed in a landscape that blends nature and history.
The property features independent apartments, a panoramic swimming pool open during the summer months, and a restaurant celebrating local flavors.
The relais stands out for its commitment to accessibility, offering sensory paths dedicated to the visually impaired among the estate's ancient olive trees. Its strategic location provides easy access to local gems such as the Herb Garden, the Valsenio Abbey, and the Fortress of Riolo Terme, making it the ideal destination for those seeking a stay that combines relaxation, culture, and the authenticity of Romagna's rural life.
