A tasting of three Brisighella DOP oils, to discover the authentic flavors of the territory.
Each tasting is preceded by a brief introduction to the production area of the extra virgin olive oil and its unique microclimate, focusing on the different types of oils produced and their distinctive organoleptic properties.
In our tasting room, you will also have the opportunity to watch a video showing in detail the harvesting and processing of the olives.
In autumn, during the olive harvest season, it is possible to visit the working mill to experience the authentic tradition firsthand.
The "C.A.B." S.C. AGRICOLA has been producing and promoting extra virgin olive oil from the Lamone Valley for decades, a region rich in history and culture. They produce a wide range of oils, monocultivar selections, and blends, including the renowned and award-winning Brisighella DOP Brisighello.
