Birrificio Valsenio is a small artisanal gem nestled in the side of the Senio Valley, near the Poggio Nero spring in Baffadi, Casola Valsenio.
Founded in 2009 by Davide Finoia, the brewery was born from a conscious choice to live and produce in a region where nature is vibrant and flavors retain their ancient authenticity.
The production philosophy relies on small-scale equipment that allows for meticulous care in every stage of the brewing process, turning water, malt, and hops into honest and straightforward beers.
