At our agriturismo, in addition to enjoying delicious traditional dishes, you can learn the secrets to preparing them yourself… “Learn the craft and keep it with you,” as the saying goes.

Our azdora Serena will guide you through the secrets of hand-rolled pasta made with a rolling pin, the tastiest fillings, the most flavourful sauces, as well as some irresistible traditional recipes.

The traditional cooking class includes a lesson lasting about two hours. At the end, participants will sit down to taste the dishes prepared, including cappelletti, garganelli made with a comb as in the past, tagliatelle and more, paired with the most suitable wines from our own La Sabbiona production.

Course registration

The participation fee varies according to the number of participants. The cost includes sauce recipes, the history of the dishes and a personalised certificate of participation; tasting of 2 of our wines paired with the dishes, mineral water and coffee.

  • From 6 to 9 participants €59 per person
  • From 10 to 14 participants €49 per person

Possibility to stay overnight in our rooms and apartments at an additional cost.

The course is not available on Sundays and public holidays.
